Effective Date: August 25th, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Montreal Grand Prix website and the purchase of tickets, hotel and travel packages, hospitality, experiences and other products or services offered by 8155640 Canada Inc., operating as Montreal Grand Prix (“Montreal Grand Prix”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
Please read these Terms carefully before completing a purchase.
By placing an order with Montreal Grand Prix, you agree to these Terms together with the information and conditions disclosed in connection with your particular purchase, including, where applicable, the product description, ticket and seating information, price and fee disclosures, order summary, cancellation conditions and any additional terms expressly incorporated into the purchase.
Certain products and services offered by Montreal Grand Prix are supplied, issued, operated or fulfilled by third parties and may be subject to additional terms and conditions. Where applicable, those terms will apply in addition to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If there is any inconsistency between these general Terms and specific terms or information expressly provided to you in connection with a particular purchase, the specific terms applicable to that purchase will govern to the extent of the inconsistency, subject at all times to applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any right, remedy or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under applicable law.

The terms applicable to a particular product or service may therefore vary and will be identified where applicable.
1.4 Montreal Grand Prix is independently owned and operated. Except where expressly stated in connection with a specific product or service, Montreal Grand Prix is not the event organizer, promoter, sanctioning body or ticket issuer of the Formula 1® Canadian Grand Prix.
1.5 Certain tickets, hospitality products, accommodations, travel services, experiences and other services offered through Montreal Grand Prix may be issued, operated or provided by third parties and may be subject to additional terms, conditions, restrictions and policies imposed by those providers.
2. USE OF THE WEBSITE
2.1 Montreal Grand Prix and its contents are provided for the purpose of allowing users to obtain information about and purchase tickets, hospitality, travel packages, experiences and other Grand Prix-related products and services.

- to infringe the intellectual property or other rights of MontrealGrandPrix.com or any third party; or
- to reproduce, distribute, modify, republish or commercially exploit website content without our prior written authorization, except as permitted by applicable law.
2.3 We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information displayed on Montreal Grand Prix is accurate and current. However, event information, schedules, availability, seating information, pricing and other information supplied or controlled by third parties may change from time to time.
Where a material error is identified in connection with an order or purchase, it will be addressed in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
2.4 Access to Montreal Grand Prix may occasionally be interrupted, restricted or unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We may modify, suspend or discontinue website features from time to time, subject to our obligations relating to existing orders and applicable law.
2.5 Montreal Grand Prix may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties. These links are provided for convenience or informational purposes. Unless otherwise expressly stated, the inclusion of a link does not mean that Montreal Grand Prix owns, operates or controls the third-party website or endorses all of its content.
When you access or purchase products or services directly from a third-party website, that third party's terms, conditions and privacy practices may apply.
2.6 Nothing in this Section, or elsewhere in these Terms, is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any right, remedy, warranty or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under applicable law.
3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
3.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Montreal Grand Prix will not be liable for losses or damages arising solely from temporary interruptions, technical failures, delays, errors or other disruptions affecting the operation or availability of the website where such circumstances are beyond its reasonable control.
3.2 Montreal Grand Prix is not responsible for the acts, omissions, failures or delays of independent third-party service providers, event organizers, promoters, venues, hotels, transportation providers or other suppliers, except to the extent that Montreal Grand Prix is responsible under applicable law or has expressly assumed responsibility for the particular service.
3.3 Montreal Grand Prix will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including loss of enjoyment, loss of opportunity or additional travel-related expenses, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
3.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Montreal Grand Prix's liability for:
- fraud or intentional misconduct;
- gross fault or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited;
- failure to provide a product or service that Montreal Grand Prix is legally obligated to provide;
- any refund, reimbursement, damages or other remedy required by applicable consumer protection law; or
- any other liability that cannot be waived or restricted under applicable law.
3.5 Where Montreal Grand Prix suspends, restricts or terminates access to an account because of suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, misuse of the website or a material breach of these Terms, it may take reasonable measures necessary to protect the website, its customers and its business. Any such action will not affect rights relating to an existing purchase except as permitted by these Terms and applicable law.
3.6 The specific rights and obligations applicable to event cancellations, rescheduling, ticket delivery, inadmissible tickets, order fulfilment and refunds are governed by the applicable sections of these Terms.
4. LANGUAGE
4.1 These Terms and Conditions are available in French and English. The French version will be made available in accordance with the requirements of the Charter of the French Language and other applicable Quebec laws.
4.2 Where permitted by applicable law, a customer may choose to enter into a contract with Montreal Grand Prix in English or French.
4.3 In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the French and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the version that the customer is entitled to rely upon under applicable law will apply.
5. APPLICABLE LAW
5.1 These Terms and Conditions and any purchase made through Montreal Grand Prix are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
5.2 Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions, the use of the website, or a purchase made through Montreal Grand Prix will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law.
5.3 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or restricts any right or remedy available to a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act (Quebec) or any other applicable law.
6. SEVERABILITY
6.1 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, unenforceable or without effect, that provision will be severed or limited to the extent required by applicable law, without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, unless the Terms and Conditions must by their nature be considered an indivisible whole.
7. ORDERS AND PURCHASING POLICY
7.1 By placing an order with Montreal Grand Prix, you confirm that the information provided in connection with your order is complete and accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
7.2 Before completing a purchase, you will be provided with the material information relating to your order, including the product or service being purchased, the applicable price, fees and taxes, and any other information required by applicable law. You are responsible for reviewing this information before submitting your order.
7.3 Submission of an order and authorization of payment do not, by themselves, guarantee acceptance of the order. An order is accepted when Montreal Grand Prix issues an order confirmation confirming the purchase, subject to any verification reasonably required to prevent fraud or unauthorized transactions.
7.4 Montreal Grand Prix may decline or cancel an order before it has been accepted where:
- payment cannot be authorized or completed;
- the product or service is no longer available;
- information provided in connection with the order is materially incomplete or inaccurate;
- the transaction is reasonably suspected to be fraudulent or unauthorized; or
- a material and obvious error has occurred in the description, availability or pricing of the product or service.
Where payment has already been collected for an order that Montreal Grand Prix subsequently determines cannot lawfully or reasonably be fulfilled, Montreal Grand Prix will refund the amount paid in accordance with applicable law.
7.5 Products and services are subject to availability. Montreal Grand Prix does not offer speculative ticket inventory. Tickets offered directly for sale by Montreal Grand Prix are secured and under its possession or control before being offered for sale.
7.6 Certain products or services may be supplied, issued, operated or fulfilled by third parties, including event organizers, promoters, hotels, hospitality providers and F1® Experiences. Where applicable, additional terms or restrictions imposed by those providers may apply and will be communicated or made available to the customer as required.
7.7 Montreal Grand Prix reserves the right to establish reasonable purchase limits for particular tickets, products or services, including limits on the number of tickets that may be purchased by a customer, household, account or payment method. Orders exceeding an applicable purchase limit may be declined or cancelled, subject to applicable law.
7.8 Customers must provide a valid email address and accurate contact information when placing an order. Montreal Grand Prix will use the contact information provided to send order confirmations, tickets, important event information and other communications relating to the purchase.
Failure to receive an email does not, by itself, establish that an order was or was not completed. If you are uncertain about the status of an order, you should contact Montreal Grand Prix before placing a duplicate order.
8. TICKETS
Ticket Information
8.1 Canadian Grand Prix tickets offered directly for sale by Montreal Grand Prix are previously issued tickets that are secured and in the possession or under the control of Montreal Grand Prix before being offered for sale. Montreal Grand Prix does not offer speculative ticket inventory.
8.2 Where a ticket is being resold by Montreal Grand Prix, the customer will be informed before completing the purchase that the ticket is being resold and will be provided with the information required by applicable law, including, where applicable:
- the identity of the ticket seller authorized by the event producer;
- the fact that tickets may also be available from that authorized seller;
- the price announced by the authorized seller;
- the ticket price charged by Montreal Grand Prix; and
- the place or seat associated with the ticket, where a specific place or seat has been assigned.
The applicable ticket and price information will be displayed during the purchasing process.
Ticket Prices
8.3 The price charged by Montreal Grand Prix for a ticket may differ from the price at which the ticket was originally issued or the price at which a ticket is or was available from another source, subject at all times to applicable law.
All applicable Montreal Grand Prix charges, fees and taxes will be disclosed to the customer before the purchase is completed.
Seat Assignment
8.4 Where a specific grandstand, section, row or seat is displayed and confirmed as part of the customer's order, the ticket supplied will correspond to the seating information confirmed with the order, subject to any change made by the event organizer, promoter or venue that is beyond Montreal Grand Prix's reasonable control.
Where exact seats have not yet been assigned, Montreal Grand Prix will clearly identify the seating information that is confirmed at the time of purchase and will provide the final seat assignment when available.
8.5 Unless otherwise disclosed before purchase, tickets purchased together in the same order will be seated together where the tickets have assigned seating.
Ticket Delivery
8.6 Tickets are generally issued and delivered electronically to the email address provided with the order. The customer is responsible for providing an accurate email address and for notifying Montreal Grand Prix of any change to their contact information.
Electronic tickets may be delivered closer to the event date in accordance with the ticket release schedule established by the ticket issuer, event organizer or promoter. A later electronic delivery date does not affect the validity of a confirmed order.
Event Changes
8.7 Event dates, start times, schedules, race programs, support events and other event details may be established or changed by Formula 1®, the event organizer, promoter, sanctioning body, venue or other responsible authority.
Where an event is rescheduled or otherwise modified but the purchased ticket remains valid for admission, the ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled or modified event, subject to applicable law and any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Refund Protection Required by Law
8.8 Where a ticket is being resold by Montreal Grand Prix, the price paid for the ticket will be refunded if:
- the event to which the ticket grants admission is cancelled;
- the ticket does not grant the customer admission to the event for which it was purchased; or
- the event, place or seat, or the value of the ticket does not correspond to the representations made to the customer.
These rights apply independently of any optional Ticket Protection purchased by the customer.
Final Sales and Customer Cancellations
8.9 Except as provided in Section 8.8, under any optional Ticket Protection purchased by the customer, or where a refund, cancellation right or other remedy is required by applicable law, all ticket sales are final and tickets are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
A customer's inability or decision not to attend the event does not, by itself, entitle the customer to a refund.
Conditions of Admission
8.10 Tickets are subject to the admission requirements, venue rules and applicable ticket conditions established by the event organizer, promoter, ticket issuer or venue. Customers and ticket holders are responsible for complying with those requirements.
Montreal Grand Prix is not responsible for a ticket holder being refused admission or removed from the event because of the ticket holder's failure to comply with applicable admission requirements or venue rules, provided that the ticket supplied by Montreal Grand Prix was otherwise valid for admission.
Use and Transfer of Tickets
8.11 A ticket is valid only for the event, date or event period for which it was issued and cannot be exchanged for admission to another event.
Any transfer or subsequent resale of a ticket by the customer is subject to applicable law and any restrictions imposed by the ticket issuer, event organizer or promoter.
9. PRICE AND PAYMENT
9.1 Prices offered by Montreal Grand Prix may be displayed and charged in Canadian dollars (CAD) or U.S. dollars (USD), depending on the ticket, hotel package, hospitality product, experience or other service being purchased.
The applicable currency will be clearly identified before the customer completes the purchase. Unless otherwise expressly indicated, all amounts relating to a particular order, including applicable fees, charges and the total amount payable, will be stated in the currency identified for that order.
9.2 Before completing a purchase, the customer will be provided with the price of the product or service, all applicable fees and charges, applicable taxes, and the total amount payable, in accordance with applicable law.
9.3 Where taxes are included in the displayed price or amount, this will be indicated during the purchasing process or on the applicable order summary or invoice.
9.4 Payment must be made using one of the payment methods accepted by Montreal Grand Prix at the time of purchase. The customer represents that they are authorized to use the payment method submitted with the order.
9.5 Montreal Grand Prix may obtain authorization from the applicable payment provider and may take reasonable steps to verify a transaction before accepting or fulfilling an order. An order may be declined where payment is refused, cannot be authorized, or where Montreal Grand Prix reasonably suspects fraud or unauthorized use of a payment method.
Pricing Errors
9.6 Montreal Grand Prix makes reasonable efforts to ensure that prices and product information are accurate. If a material and obvious pricing or calculation error is identified before an order has been accepted, Montreal Grand Prix may correct the error and provide the customer with the opportunity to proceed at the corrected price or cancel the order.
If a material pricing or calculation error is identified after an order has been accepted, Montreal Grand Prix will address the error in accordance with applicable law and will not unilaterally increase the price of a completed purchase except where permitted by applicable law.
Ticket Pricing
9.7 Where a ticket is being resold by Montreal Grand Prix, the ticket price and other information required by applicable law will be disclosed before the purchase is completed, as further described in Section 8.
The price charged by Montreal Grand Prix may differ from the price at which the ticket was originally issued or from a price available from another source, subject at all times to applicable law.
9.8 Ticket prices and availability may change over time. A customer is not entitled to a refund solely because the price of the same or a comparable ticket is subsequently increased or decreased, provided that the price charged at the time of purchase complied with applicable law.
Fees
9.9 Any applicable service, processing, delivery or other charge imposed by Montreal Grand Prix will be disclosed before the customer completes the purchase.
Where a refund is required under Section 8 or applicable law, the amount refunded will include all amounts that Montreal Grand Prix is legally required to refund. Nothing in these Terms makes a fee non-refundable where applicable law requires that amount to be returned.
Foreign Currency and Financial Institution Charges
9.10 Where a purchase is charged in a currency different from the currency of the customer's payment account, the customer's bank, credit card issuer or payment provider may convert the transaction and impose a foreign exchange rate, foreign transaction fee or other charge.
Any currency conversion or charge imposed independently by the customer's financial institution or payment provider is determined by that provider and is not controlled by Montreal Grand Prix.
10. DELIVERY AND FULFILMENT
Electronic Tickets
10.1 Canadian Grand Prix tickets are generally delivered electronically to the email address provided by the customer with the order. Where electronic delivery applies, no physical ticket will be mailed unless expressly indicated otherwise.
10.2 Electronic tickets may be delivered after the date of purchase and, in some cases, closer to the event date. The timing of ticket delivery may depend on when tickets are released or made available by the ticket issuer, event organizer or promoter.
A later delivery date does not, by itself, affect the validity of a confirmed order.
10.3 The customer is responsible for providing an accurate email address and contact information and for ensuring that they are able to receive communications and electronic tickets from Montreal Grand Prix. Customers should contact Montreal Grand Prix if they have not received their tickets within the delivery timeframe communicated for their order.
Other Products and Services
10.4 Hotel confirmations, hospitality credentials, travel documents, vouchers, itineraries and other products or services may be delivered electronically or by another method identified at the time of purchase or subsequently communicated to the customer.
10.5 Where physical delivery is required for a particular product, the applicable delivery method and any charge imposed by Montreal Grand Prix will be disclosed before the purchase is completed, where required by applicable law.
The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
Delivery Problems
10.6 If a ticket, credential or other document delivered by Montreal Grand Prix is lost, inaccessible, defective or not received, the customer must notify Montreal Grand Prix as soon as reasonably possible so that reasonable steps can be taken to resolve the issue.
10.7 Nothing in this Section limits Montreal Grand Prix's obligation to provide a valid ticket, product or service purchased by the customer or any right or remedy available under Section 8 or applicable law.
11. CANCELLATION BY MONTREAL GRAND PRIX
11.1 Montreal Grand Prix may cancel an order where cancellation is reasonably necessary because:
- payment is declined, reversed, disputed or determined to be unauthorized or fraudulent;
- information provided by the customer is materially inaccurate or incomplete and prevents fulfilment of the order;
- the customer has materially breached these Terms and Conditions in connection with the order;
- the product or service cannot be provided because of circumstances beyond Montreal Grand Prix's reasonable control;
- a supplier, hotel, hospitality provider or other third-party provider is unable to provide a product or service forming part of the order and a reasonable alternative cannot be provided; or
- cancellation is otherwise required or permitted by applicable law.
11.2 Where Montreal Grand Prix cancels an order for reasons that are not attributable to the customer, Montreal Grand Prix may, where appropriate and with the customer's agreement, offer a reasonably comparable replacement or alternative.
If no alternative is offered or accepted, Montreal Grand Prix will refund the amounts paid for the cancelled product or service, including any additional amounts that are required to be refunded under applicable law.
11.3 Where only one component of a multi-component order or package cannot be provided, Montreal Grand Prix will make reasonable efforts to provide the remaining components and, where appropriate, offer a reasonable substitute, price adjustment or refund in respect of the affected component, subject to applicable law.
If the affected component is material to the overall purpose of the package, the customer's rights will be determined in accordance with applicable law.
11.4 Where an order is cancelled because of fraud, unauthorized payment, a chargeback, materially inaccurate information supplied by the customer, or another material breach by the customer, Montreal Grand Prix may recover or retain amounts that it is legally entitled to recover or retain, subject to applicable law.
11.5 Cancellation of an order by Montreal Grand Prix does not limit any refund, reimbursement or other remedy that the customer is entitled to receive under Section 8 or applicable law.
11.6 Cancellation, postponement or rescheduling of the Canadian Grand Prix or another event is governed by the applicable provisions of Section 8 and is not considered a cancellation of an order by Montreal Grand Prix under this Section.
12. EVENT ATTENDANCE AND CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
12.1 Attendance at the Canadian Grand Prix and other events is subject to the rules, policies, security procedures and conditions of admission established by the applicable event organizer, promoter, venue or other responsible authority.
The customer and all persons using tickets purchased through Montreal Grand Prix are responsible for complying with those requirements.
12.2 Montreal Grand Prix is not responsible for a ticket holder being refused admission to or removed from an event as a result of the ticket holder's conduct or failure to comply with applicable admission requirements, security procedures, age restrictions, venue rules or other conditions of admission, provided that the ticket supplied by Montreal Grand Prix was otherwise valid for admission.
12.3 Customers are responsible for making and maintaining their own passports, visas, travel authorizations, transportation arrangements and other personal travel requirements, except for those services expressly included as part of a package purchased from Montreal Grand Prix.
A customer's inability to travel or attend because of a personal circumstance or failure to satisfy an applicable travel or admission requirement does not, by itself, entitle the customer to a refund, except where covered by optional Ticket Protection or where otherwise required by applicable law.
12.4 Customers acknowledge that attendance at a major sporting or entertainment event may involve ordinary risks associated with large crowds, weather conditions, transportation, walking, stairs, temporary structures, noise and other conditions ordinarily associated with the event and venue.
Nothing in these Terms requires a customer to waive any claim arising from the fault, negligence or other act or omission of Montreal Grand Prix or its representatives where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
12.5 Montreal Grand Prix is not responsible for independently arranged transportation, accommodations, dining, entertainment or other services that are not included in the customer's purchase from Montreal Grand Prix.
Where a hotel, transportation service, hospitality product, event or other service is included in a package purchased from Montreal Grand Prix, the rights and obligations relating to that service are governed by these Terms, any applicable disclosed supplier terms and applicable law.
12.6 Montreal Grand Prix is not responsible for personal property that is lost, stolen or damaged at an event, hotel, venue or other third-party location, except to the extent that the loss or damage results from an act or omission for which Montreal Grand Prix is legally responsible.
12.7 Customers are responsible for reviewing event information and communications relating to their purchase, including information concerning event schedules, ticket delivery, admission requirements and material changes communicated before the event.
Montreal Grand Prix will make reasonable efforts to communicate material information received from the event organizer, promoter, ticket issuer or applicable service provider where that information affects a customer's purchase.
12.8 Nothing in this Section excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under applicable law.
13. FORCE MAJEURE AND EVENTS BEYOND REASONABLE CONTROL
13.1 Montreal Grand Prix will not be considered in default for a delay or failure to perform an obligation where performance is prevented or materially affected by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to any rights or remedies available to the customer under applicable law.
Such circumstances may include severe weather, natural disasters, fire, flood, epidemic or pandemic, acts or orders of governmental or public authorities, war, terrorism, civil disturbance, labour disputes, transportation disruptions, widespread power or telecommunications failures, or other events beyond the reasonable control of Montreal Grand Prix.
13.2 Where an event beyond Montreal Grand Prix's reasonable control affects a ticket, hotel, hospitality product, transportation service, experience or other component of a customer's purchase, Montreal Grand Prix will make reasonable efforts to communicate material information received from the applicable organizer, promoter, hotel, supplier or service provider and, where appropriate, to provide the purchased service or a reasonable alternative.
13.3 A force majeure event does not eliminate or restrict any refund, reimbursement, cancellation right or other remedy that the customer is entitled to receive under Section 8 or applicable law.
13.4 Cancellation, postponement or rescheduling of an event will be governed by the applicable provisions of Section 8 and applicable law. Nothing in this Section permits Montreal Grand Prix to retain amounts that it is legally required to refund.
13.5 Montreal Grand Prix is not responsible for losses relating to independently arranged travel, accommodations, transportation or other services that were not purchased from Montreal Grand Prix, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.
14. GENERAL PROVISIONS
Entire Agreement
14.1 These Terms and Conditions, together with the information and terms disclosed to the customer in connection with a particular purchase, including the applicable order summary, product description, ticket and price information, and any additional terms expressly incorporated into the purchase, constitute the agreement between the customer and Montreal Grand Prix with respect to that purchase.
Nothing in this Section limits any representation, disclosure, warranty, right or remedy that forms part of the contract or applies under applicable law.
Amendments to These Terms
14.2 Montreal Grand Prix may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any updated Terms will apply prospectively from the effective date identified with the updated version.
Unless required by applicable law or otherwise agreed where permitted by law, changes made after a customer has completed a purchase will not materially alter the customer's rights or obligations with respect to that completed purchase.
No Waiver
14.3 If Montreal Grand Prix delays or does not exercise a right or remedy available under these Terms and Conditions, this does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
A waiver in one particular circumstance does not constitute a waiver of the same or any other right in another circumstance.
Assignment
14.4 The customer may not assign or transfer their contractual rights or obligations relating to a purchase where doing so would violate applicable law, ticket conditions or restrictions applicable to the purchased product or service.
Montreal Grand Prix may assign or transfer its rights or obligations in connection with its business, provided that doing so does not reduce any right or protection available to the customer under these Terms and Conditions or applicable law.
Headings
14.5 Section titles and headings are included for convenience and readability only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions.
Contact
14.6 Questions concerning an order, ticket, package or these Terms and Conditions may be directed to Montreal Grand Prix using the contact information provided on the website or in the customer's order confirmation.
HOTEL AND TRAVEL PACKAGES
Package Services
15.1 Montreal Grand Prix offers hotel accommodations, ticket and hotel packages, hospitality packages and other travel-related services. The specific services included in a package will be identified in the applicable product description, quotation, booking confirmation or order summary.
Unless expressly identified as included, airfare, ground transportation, meals, parking, hotel incidentals and other travel expenses are not included in the package price.
Hotel Accommodations
15.2 Hotel accommodations are subject to the policies and operating requirements of the applicable hotel, including check-in and check-out times, identification requirements, occupancy limits, security deposits, incidental charges and other reasonable hotel policies.
Customers are responsible for any charges incurred directly with the hotel that are not expressly included in their package.
15.3 Room categories, bedding configurations and other hotel preferences will be provided as confirmed in the customer's booking. Where a particular feature is identified only as a request or preference, Montreal Grand Prix will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request but cannot guarantee fulfilment by the hotel.
Hotel or Supplier Changes
15.4 If a confirmed hotel or other travel service becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Montreal Grand Prix's reasonable control, Montreal Grand Prix may offer the customer a reasonably comparable or superior alternative.
Where the proposed substitution materially changes the package purchased, the customer will be informed of the change and any rights or options available under applicable law.
15.5 If Montreal Grand Prix is unable to provide a material component of a package and a reasonable alternative cannot be provided or accepted, any refund, reimbursement, substitution or other remedy will be determined in accordance with the terms applicable to the purchase and applicable law.
Customer Changes and Cancellations
15.6 Cancellation and modification conditions may vary depending on the hotel, package, travel dates and services purchased. The applicable cancellation, modification and refund conditions will be disclosed to the customer before the purchase is completed.
Except where otherwise provided by the applicable cancellation conditions, Ticket Protection or applicable law, a customer's decision or inability to travel does not, by itself, entitle the customer to cancel a package or receive a refund.
15.7 Customer-requested changes, including changes to travel dates, hotel, room category, occupancy, guest names or package components, are subject to availability and any applicable supplier restrictions, price differences or charges disclosed in connection with the requested change.
No requested change is confirmed until Montreal Grand Prix confirms the change to the customer.
Package Components and Race Tickets
15.8 Where a package includes Canadian Grand Prix tickets, the ticket component of the package is also subject to the applicable provisions of Section 8 of these Terms and Conditions.
The inclusion of a ticket within a hotel or travel package does not reduce or restrict any refund or other right relating to that ticket that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Travel Documents and Customer Responsibilities
15.9 Customers are responsible for ensuring that they and the persons travelling with them possess all passports, visas, travel authorizations, identification and other documents required for their travel and attendance at the event.
Montreal Grand Prix is not responsible for a customer's inability to travel or use a purchased service because the customer does not possess the required documentation, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.
Prices and Currency
15.10 Hotel and travel package prices may be quoted and charged in Canadian dollars (CAD) or U.S. dollars (USD). The applicable currency and total amount payable will be identified before the customer completes the purchase.
Any subsequent customer-requested modification may result in a price adjustment where the requested change affects the cost of the applicable hotel, ticket or other service.
Travel Agency Protection
15.11 Where applicable, travel services purchased through Montreal Grand Prix are provided through a Quebec-licensed travel agency and are subject to the protections and requirements established by applicable Quebec travel legislation.
Eligible customers purchasing tourism services through a licensed Quebec travel agency benefit from the Compensation Fund for Customers of Travel Agents (FICAV) administered by the Office de la protection du consommateur, in accordance with the conditions established by applicable law.
Information concerning the applicable travel agency licence and FICAV protection will be provided as required by law.
Supplier Terms
15.12 Hotels, transportation providers, hospitality operators and other travel suppliers may impose terms and operating requirements applicable to the services they provide.
Where such terms apply to a customer's purchase, they will apply in addition to these Terms to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in a supplier's terms limits any right or remedy that the customer has against Montreal Grand Prix under applicable law.

Where a product is an official F1® Experiences product, it will be identified as such in the applicable product description, quotation, booking confirmation or order documentation.
16.3 An F1® Experiences package may include one or more components, such as race admission, hospitality, hotel accommodations, transportation, pit lane access, track activities, appearances, tours or other experiences. The specific components included in the customer's package are limited to those expressly identified in the applicable product description, quotation, booking confirmation or order summary.

Where additional terms apply to a customer's purchase, they will apply in addition to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for complying with requirements that are communicated to them in connection with their package.
Schedules and Experience Components
16.6 The timing, location, format and participants associated with certain F1® Experiences activities may be established or modified by F1® Experiences, Formula 1®, the event organizer or another applicable provider.
Montreal Grand Prix will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes that are provided to it and that affect a customer's purchased package.
Any cancellation, substitution or material modification of a package component will be addressed in accordance with the terms applicable to the purchased product and applicable law.
Other Third-Party Products and Services
16.7 Montreal Grand Prix may also offer hospitality, accommodations, transportation, events, dining, entertainment and other products or services that are operated or supplied by independent third parties.
The identity of the applicable product or service and the material components included in the customer's purchase will be disclosed as required before the purchase is completed.
16.8 Third-party providers may impose reasonable operating requirements and conditions applicable to the services they provide. Where those requirements apply to a customer's purchase, the customer and other persons using the purchased service are responsible for complying with them.
16.9 Montreal Grand Prix is not responsible for the independent acts or omissions of a third-party provider except to the extent that Montreal Grand Prix is responsible under these Terms or applicable law.
